GOOD FOUNDATION FOR GOLDEN LIFE
A School’s environment is the thread that connects the multitude of activities on a campus. A safe, clean and well mentioned school with appositive psychological climate and culture can faster school connectedness which in true can boost student and staff health s well as student’s educational achievement. Fulfilling the above our school situated in a very good environment with the village panchayat office and the public library nearby.
Our school comprises a good team of ---- teachers and ----- students. Our aim is to relate a purpose for learning and allow children to be thinkers, innovators and problem solves for this purpose to be served ,we are following the newly introduced ABL(Activity Based Learning) methodology for the students of I Std to IV Std and ALM ((Active Learning Method) methodology for the students of LKG Std to 10th Std.
The ABL Methodology is a ground eking effort in making leaning fun, quality unites and child centered and can be replicated easily. It has resulted in a remarkable improvement in the cademi performanece of the students and also improved attendance.
The ALM is a novel learning method aimed at the improvement o levels o understanding of the students. It is based on “SQ4R” concept i.e. Survey, Questioning, Read, Restive, Review and reflect. This method helps students to undertake self learning and peer group learning methods. The children are becoming more creative.
Also we are having IED (Inclusive Education for the disabled) programe available. The Computer lab has all the software required for academic purposes. In the other hand for all, science subjects involving practical. We have a set of well-maintained equipments. The students learn by doing themselves all the relevant experiment prescribed in their text, to supplement their knowledge.
The school has provision of library which obtains more than 500 books being used by students as well as teachers to enrich their knowledge. Also we have set of Television and a DVD player for playing all useful CDs provided by the SSA. In short we can say our school is an example for “ Govt Schools can be competetitive for private schools and making education a common factor to enrich human values and moral prickles helpful in the livelihood of man”.
